Wonderful Tea Infuser, Especially For Cold Brewing Tea, Motivates You to Stay Hydrated!
I just bought this, and after a few days of using it, I am in love. I specifically purchased this because I wanted something that allowed me to take high quality loose-leaf tea on the go while it cold brewed. This bottle encourages me to actually stay hydrated throughout the day, something I have consistently failed at. My favourite parts of this infuser are the wonderful practices of the company that make it. Grosche has fantastic initiatives including a program that for every product you purchase from them that qualifies (this is one of those) you provide five days of clean water for someone in the world. They also seem to truly believe in a sustainable company, something that is important in the products I buy. As far as the bottle itself goes, although it is made in China (designed by a Canadian company), the glass is handblown (NOT MACHINED) and of excellent quality, the stainless steel is also a plus, and the few plastic parts are all BPA free, all metal is lead free. These design features mean no nasty chemical tastes in whatever you put in the bottle, my tea always tastes like tea and the flavours remain intact!
Quality construction and design
Tea infuser is on the bottom, which means your tea keeps infusing (especially important if you cold brew tea or infuse fruit in water)
Carrying strap is extremely sturdy
Completely leak proof, it has not leaked into my messenger bag no matter what position it is in (other reviewers have commented that it does not seal without the infuser, I've never not used the infuser so this is not a problem for me)
Silicone grip is very useful and has a wonderful feel
Fine holed infuser, which means no weird particulates in your drink of choice, even some of my finer tea leaves have not escaped into the bottle
Made primarily of glass and stainless steel with a few plastic parts (again naturally lead and BPA free)
Very sophisticated and artful appearance
At a little over $22 this is a steal!
The bottle does get very hot (too hot to hold) even though the glass is extremely sturdy and heat resistant, however it stands up to boiling and hot water and won't break when you put hot water into it, for me this is not a huge con as I have never been a consistent hot tea drinker, I prefer to cold brew most of my teas
Taking out tea leaves can be a bit cumbersome, because the infuser is on the bottom you have to flip it over to remove old tea leaves or coffee grounds, due to the strap, the bottle does not balance upside down, this can cause some problems but for me the quality of the bottle and the fact that my cold brew tea is constantly brewing throughout the day because the infuser is on the bottom outweighs the fact that I have to juggle a bit to remove the infuser, plus I've always liked stronger tea, so I generally have emptied the bottle of liquid before I remove tea leaves anyway
It does not keep anything hot or cold for long periods of time, again I feel the quality of the product outweighs this, especially if you consume whatever is in the bottle within a certain period of time (probably within an hour or two)
Overall this is a superb product which has changed my life (and blew my mind a little) thus I highly recommend it, especially if you cold brew coffee, tea, or infuse fruit in water.

The design of the bottle is perfect. With the infuser in the bottom of the bottle, it keeps the tea submerged regardless of the liquid level. The glass allows for both hot and cold steeps and we have had zero issues with the seals or leaking. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star product is the strap on the lid. The silver casing on the top comes off easily and that the only thing that the strap is attached to. We luckily discovered this while not holding on to just the strap, which could lead to the bottle falling and breaking and you standing there with just a strap and half a lid in your hand and broken glass and tea all over your feet. We just took the strap out, replaced the silver top and carry the bottle by gripping the rubber grip. Overall, this is a great product and we enjoy all kinds of teas.

Great glass container with removable filter - would recommend.
After reading the reviews and seeing a video on this, I purchased this item. It is perfect. Nice glass bottle with a rubber cover (to help with the heat), removable filter, and a nice design. I would recommend buying this product. The filter holes are very small, so even my fine green tea did not come out of the filter.

It would be a nice product if it works as it was intended
It would be a nice product if it works as it was intended. If you are not careful enough, the water leaks from the bottom. There is not way to take the infuser out and drink, because the liquid will leak. The silicon wrap that supposedly will help to handle hot liquids is not enough, and if you are drinking tea, and put hot water inside, you'll have to grab the bottle from the bottom. I stopped using it and went back to my traditional tea cup with infuser.

Works great for loose leaf tea and tea bags. Only negative is that you cannot hold it once you pour hot water in it. The sleeve gets too hot as well. Have to hold by cord or wait until it cools. Bottle doesn't keep liquid warm for long.

Perfect for commuting
I love this new water bottle. I make myself single serve cold brewed dandelion tea or coffee overnight and have a super awesome drink for my long ride to work. The lid will slightly leak if you turn it upside down though. I love that the purchase supports clean water projects.

Needs better hand insulation - Still my daily bottle
I have tea nearly every day and haven't found anything I like better. I would have rated this higher if the bottle could insulate against 200*F liquids. Currently after pouring in my 200*F water ( for black tea ) it is too hot to handle until it cools down.
--- Ability to add/remove loose leaf tea
--- Easy to clean ( since the bottom opening is large )
--- Rubber grip does not fully protect your hands for black tea ( 200+ *F )
--- Must keep tea infuser in the bottle, even if you just use it for water
--- Top and bottom cap seem a little chinsy, would be willing to pay more money for better material

I had been searching for a tea infuser that was glass. I had a bodum double wall and many others along the way. I was really excited about this one. There are a few things I don't like though... The hole on top is very small, so pouring hot water into it is very difficult, I even tried closing the top and pouring water in from the bottom. The glass get extremely hot, it should have a double wall, which brings me to my next point. The tea only stays hot for about 15 minutes. I would like it to still be hot when I get to work.
I am not returning it but its not my favorite.

This bottle is pretty, and the idea of the fruit holder is ...
I looked hard and long for a all glass water bottle that also had that feature to hold fruits. I have lots of bottles that after awhile the fruits make the plastic smell, and it's near impossible to drink without the fruits slipping into your mouth..This bottle is pretty, and the idea of the fruit holder is awesome. However the holes on the fruit container are so micro small that the flavor of the fruits don't get into the water. I've tried bruising the fruits with a fork to see if the flavor would come out, kept them soaking for hours and nothing.. I'm dissapointed, and really would return it but for the hassle..

Kick the (sugary) soda and juice habit with this great cup, which makes it easy to do!
Love this,,,but small loose tea leaves did leak into glass jar. Other than that, it's great. Easy to use and clean. Great to flavor water! I did use large dried tea and berries instead. Also, frozen fruit, lemons, etc... I also squeezed fresh lemons, limes, oranges into the glass filled with ice, and then put fruit in the "cage" portion. Works great. Going to get more to give as gifts. Also like that it is glass and stainless steel,...and. Not plastic. I would use a "beer cozy" on the bottom of the glass to protect it, and for the condensation on the outside of the glass from the cold beverage.
